At Kidloom, we strive to provide the best AI-powered storybook experience. Because our services involve significant computational costs for generating unique AI content and high-resolution illustrations, we have established the following refund policy.
1. Nature of the Service
Kidloom provides digital products and services that are generated in real-time using advanced AI models. Once a story is generated and credits are consumed, we incur irreversible costs from our AI technology providers.
2. Refund Eligibility
A. No Refunds for Used Credits: As a general rule, items or credits used to generate stories or illustrations are non-refundable. B. Partial Refunds: For 'Story Packs' (e.g., 3-story pack), if you have not used any credits within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund. C. Subscriptions: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are offered for the remaining period of an active billing cycle.
3. Technical Issues
If a story fails to generate due to a verified technical error on our platform, no credits will be deducted. If credits were deducted but the content was not delivered, please contact support for a credit restoration or refund.
4. How to Request
To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please contact us at support@kidloom.app with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
